We are excited to announce the new position of Product Owner for Developer Journey Automation squad within the Developer Experience Tribe. As the Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our vision and strategy. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, development teams, and tribe members to deliver innovative services.

What can you expect as Product Owner
The product owner defines the outcomes for the squad in which it is compliant/secure and thereby legal. Accountable for compliance and contracts related to the applications / services owned.

You will create, maintain, and prioritize the backlog of user stories that your Squad members will use to inform their work. You are constant in contact with developers to understand issues and latent needs. You will create outcomes and vision to deliver customer value and protect the team's time to focus on delivery.

You will also;

• Support Squad in sharing outcome to senior members in agile events and artifacts.
• Responsible for addressing data issues within the applications, products, and services you own.
• Responsible for ensuring that their products comply with internal governance requirements.
• Responsible for the on-going assessment, review, and performance monitoring of entire product portfolio.
• Accountable that your products are described, connected, and maintained according to the standards set forward by the Enterprise Product Repository.
• Responsible for all product and squad owned activities related to reducing technical debt, by showing due diligence and ensure a sustainable and healthy product.

What do you bring
We imagine you have at least 3 years of proven experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or similar role in a technical environment. Leadership skills with the ability to build, guide, and inspire a team, and with a solid focus on ability to set direction, communicate priorities and collaboration.

You have good strategic planning abilities, and the ability to convey strategy to executable actions. This includes roadmap development and monitoring large-scale projects

It’s a plus if you are familiar with financial services or working in a regulated environment

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Significant background in software development or a related technical field.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience with automation tools and processes in a software development context is a plus.
• Customer focused, ideally with proven success in enhancing developer experiences.
