As a Contract Manager, you will be a part of an innovative and forward-thinking scaleup company where you can engage in challenging and diverse projects. Collaborating with a talented and motivated team, you will play a pivotal role in our contract negotiations with our customers, strategic partners, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of business-to-business contracts including direct sales to healthcare providers and partner agreements based on a variety of international legislation.
- Lead the contract workflow and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Advise sales reps and participate in commercial and legal negotiations.
- Develop and implement contract management processes, tools and best practices.
- Develop and maintain service agreements for target segments and markets.Ad hoc support for other contract related matters.
Qualifications
We imagine that you have a strong commercial background and hold a master’s in business or international law or similar education. You have demonstrated experience in commercial roles with a strong ability to make business decisions informed by legal knowledge. You have experience with Danish and international legislation. Preferably, you have experience with U.S. legislation. Your experience enables you to make a first take on the agreements and enables you to easily work with external advisers if necessary. You have a proven ability to negotiate effectively with partners and stakeholders, securing beneficial outcomes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail with a high level of accuracy are crucial for this role. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, along with proficiency in legal research and documentation, are also required.
This job can be either a fulltime position or a part time position with min. 30 hours per week.
