We are currently looking for a skilled quality engineer with a strong analytical and data driven quality mindset to join our Quality department at the Aalborg blade plant.

How to contribute to our vision
As quality Engineer you will act as the primary point of contact for our production in matters related to quality and continuous improvements of blades and production processes.

You will support the production and the manufacturing support teams with quality data, control plans, statistical process control, calibration management, nonconformance handling and structured problem solving to ensure continuous improvements and effective preventive measures.

What you need to make a difference:

• Structured, systematic, analytical, and experienced in working with statistics, Six Sigma and structured problem solving
• Experienced within operational APQP, FMEA, control plans, SPC and MSA from a manufacturing environment
• Facts and data driven with the ability to develop and drive digital quality management
• Experienced with effective implementation of QMS (ISO 9001) in a manufacturing environment
• Experienced within calibration management

You are an inclusive individual with a positive and engaging mindset impacting your surroundings. Ideally you hold an engineering degree or similar at bachelor level.

Experience with quality engineering in a large-scale production environment will be an advantage.

You value networking and have great collaborative skills with the ability to communicate clearly with people throughout the organization in both Danish and English.
