Are you energized and motivated by raising the technical capability within the Supply Chain team? Bring your technical expertise to the table and help bring operational excellence and data clarity to our Supply Chain Operations!

Core Responsibilities

  • Daily support on SAP issues within Distribution, via common mailbox and issue list in SAP
  • Execute change requests within SAP Distribution
  • Maintain and develop IT integration with logistic partners and other internal IT platforms
  • Implement and support EDI solutions with external carriers
  • Drive and develop the existing SD platform
  • Project participation where SAP distribution resources are required

Play your part in our team succeeding
You will join a position within Shipping Network Management placed in Billund and will play an active role in the Global Distribution Support team, which is a team with 9 members globally located in 3 regions.

Our role is primarily to support the daily business with issues and errors when using the SAP R/3 and secure all integration with 3PL are processed correctly.

You will be the link between our operation teams and IT departments for SAP Distribution and integration challenges and developments.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Minimum 3-5 years of SAP experiences working within Delivery, Shipment, Shipment cost, Invoicing and Warehousing.
  • Experience working with JSON / EDI integrations and analytic flair for problem solving.
  • Ability to manage a broad number of very different partners, both internally and externally with various cultures
  • Manage multiple priorities while still delivering on time
  • Demonstrated drive and curiosity
  • Successfully work both independently and in a team environment
  • Self-motivated and highly organized with ability to work well in a dynamic, fast paced environment and flexible with working hours when required
  • Proficiency in English (Spoken and written)
