For our department in Herlev we are looking for an experienced hardware developer who loves to work with hardware design within everything from sub-millimeter thin ultra-low-power designs to some of the world’s largest ultrasonic scanners.

In Prevas we can offer the opportunity to work with a wide variety of hardware technologies across almost every industry:

• Small battery operated IoT devices
• Wireless designs with WiFi, BLE, NB-IoT, LoRa, Sigfox etc.
• High-speed embedded ARM application processors with DDR RAM and gigabit interfaces
• Fast and precise sampling and control systems using DSPs and FPGAs

We primarily work in Altium, but sometimes in other CAD tools, and we have our own layout department. Here we do everything from rigid-flex & stretchable electronics to gigahertz and high-power PCBs.

As our new colleague, it is important that you:

• Have experience with embedded systems, HW solutions/architecture, hardware design
• Have knowledge of EMC design at board and system level
• Have experience with medical devices development or experience from other highly regulated industry
• Preferably knows the device safety standard and medical device risk analysis (IEC 61010, 60950, 62368, 60601, ISO 14971)
• Take responsibility for own tasks

We expect you to have a background as electronics engineer or equivalent academic level

We often work very closely with our customers, and as Prevas employee, you will often come into close contact with many different customers’ development departments, either as project member at our office in Herlev, or on-site in the customer’s development team.
