At Dixa, you’ll join a mission-oriented team with clear targets that will put you on a path towards becoming a Senior SDR first and then an account executive. You’ll practice value-selling, learn to build a market, and help a Danish software company scale in the CX space in DACH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland). Based in Dixa's Copenhagen office, you will be surrounded by a team of SDRs, Account Executives, and Sales Leaders from whom you can learn to build the foundations of a successful sales career.

- Outbound prospecting: identify and engage with prospects by phone, email or on LinkedIn
- Build a robust pipeline for your assigned Account Executive
- Successfully explain the Dixa value drivers to set up meetings with qualified prospects
- Handle objections from potential customers who may be using or considering a competitor
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers to gain referrals and expand the customer base
Your profile
- Fluent in German: You have excellent spoken and written skills in German.
- Driven and Persistent: You’re self-motivated, thrive on ambitious goals, and aren’t afraid to pick up the phone. Turning a "no" into a "yes" is a challenge you enjoy, and you view obstacles as growth opportunities. Hitting and surpassing targets is what drives you.
- Curious and Creative: You’re a lifelong learner, constantly exploring the “what,” “why,” and “how” in every situation. Driven to understand our prospects' pain points, you dive deep to discover how Dixa can be their solution. With a creative mindset, you’re continuously A/B testing approaches to stay ahead of market trends and shifting buyer behaviors. You do what it takes to stand out, using inventive strategies to spark engaging and meaningful conversations with prospects.
