Central HR function with a diverse workday
As the HR Manager, you will play a central role in building, leading, and developing the organization's HR functions across its 8 locations worldwide. You will work closely with local HR partners, assisting and coordinating ongoing HR and recruitment activities. Additionally, you will ensure that all HR activities comply with applicable standards, laws, and internal policies (including employee ESG requirements), continuously updating and maintaining these to ensure compliance in all aspects.

You will define and implement global personnel policies, create structure, and develop HR strategies. Furthermore, you will handle relevant HR certifications within the organization. As the HR Manager, you will plan and conduct employee development interviews and follow up on development plans. You will also develop and execute action plans to improve employee satisfaction across borders. Further, implementation and maintenance of HR systems, including onboarding and offboarding, will be part of your responsibilities.

Communicative HR Manager
We are looking for an outgoing, flexible and communicative HR Manager with a winning personality. You should be professionally strong in HR, have solid experience with HR systems, and able to handle cultural differences well. It is an advantage if you are experienced within IT, including social media management. The ideal candidate is structured, has a flexible mindset, and values good cooperation. Additionally, a high level of proficiency in English is required, as the corporate language is English.

You have previously held a similar position, and it is an advantage if you have worked in an international company. You have previously worked on streamlining processes throughout an organization and have experience in creating and developing a strong HR function.
