Core Responsibilities
This Senior Director leadership role offers an outstanding opportunity to craft how marketing planning and performance contribute to the LEGO Group’s success. This includes:
- Build and deliver the overall vision and product strategy for Marketing, ensuring alignment with global business goals and the Digital strategy.
- Be the voice for Marketing Digital Products in the BMIP leadership team and drive the enterprise-wide Marketing Transformation for the LEGO Group.
- Create and nurture a culture that encourage teams to be brave and curious and challenging the status quo.
- Develop and champion annual portfolio objectives and key results (OKRs) for Marketing.
- Build and drive the strategy for in-housing Marketing- and Advertising Technology capabilities in collaboration with the Global Media Activation team
- Drive alignment with senior partners across Markets and Channels, Product and Marketing Development and Digital and Technology on product strategy and roadmaps to deliver best-in-class digital products for the LEGO Group
- Instill a test and learn attitude across teams, so that teams are running experiments to test ideas and hypotheses and capture data that we can use to improve or create new end to end customer experiences (across physical and digital touchpoints).
- Evangelize product methodologies to all key business partners bringing them on the digital transformation journey.
- Be the voice for Marketing with the other Heads of Product across the LEGO Group to drive our digital transformation, establish a "Community Practice" around Product & Design and grow our passionate talents across the business.

The Brand, Marketing, Insights, and Partnerships (BMIP) team drives the development and activation of LEGO brand marketing, audience and portfolio strategy, consumer and shopper understanding, and marketing planning and performance for The LEGO Group.
Do you have what it takes?
- Proven experience in Marketing and Advertising technology in a global capacity.
- Excellent partner management skills, being able to navigate a complex organization stretching across markets, Global Marketing and Digital + C-suite.
- Self-supporting/starter but also standout colleague and multiplier for a relatively young team from a leadership perspective.
- Strong background in building complex digital product and working with globally dispersed product teams; ability to interact with diverse technical and non-technical groups spanning all organizational levels.
- Strong customer focus and ability to understand and translate the voice of the customer into product strategy.
- A strong and mature voice in product conversations representing Marketing for the LEGO Group.
- Seasoned in implementing innovation and transformation at a global scale.
