Som Work Preparer for NorSPIE vil du være en nøglespiller i at levere så sikker og effektiv kvalitetsservice som muligt til vores kunder både on- og offshore.
Jobbeskrivelse/erfaring
- Identificerer de rigtige materialer til arbejdet
- Bestiller reservedele
- Identificerer de rigtige fagligheder til arbejdet
- Ansvarlig for koordination mellem onshore og offshore i forbindelse med arbejdsplanlægning
- Bestiller udstyr m.m. til arbejdet
- Anslår antallet af arbejdstimer
- Udarbejder løfteplaner
- Beregner og planlægger stilladsopgaver
- Planlægger opgaver, der skal udføres offshore, med fokus på sikkerhed
- Har kendskab til, og erfaring med, vedligeholdelsessystemer såsom Unisol
- Erfaring med mekanik, elektrikerarbejde eller instrumentering
- Godt IT-kendskab og erfaring med MS Office og SAP
- Gode engelskkundskaber (skriftligt og mundtligt)
- Erfaring med at arbejde med Ecow-/Evision-tilladelser
- Forbereder tilladelser

As Work Preparer for NorSPIE you will be a key player in providing quality service as safe and efficient as possible to our customers both on- & offshore
Job description/experience:
- Identify the right materials for the job
- Order spare parts
- Identify the right trades for the job
- Coordinate between onshore and offshore in connection with work planning
- Order equipment for the job and more
- Estimate hours for the job
- Prepare lifting plans
- Calculate and plan scaffolding tasks
- Plan jobs to be performed offshore with a focus on safety
- Knowledge of, and experience with maintenance systems such as Unisol
- Mechanical, electrical or instrument experience
- Good IT knowledge and experience with MS Office and SAP
- Good skills in English in (written and spoken)
- Experience working with Ecow permits / Evision permits
- Prepare permits
