Senior HR Business Partner

We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Senior HR Business Partner to support our leadership team across boarders in managing and driving cultural transformation within our Danish entity. The primary focus of this role will be on management sparring, transformation management, and support of managers through training and development, ensuring that our internal changes align with our organizational goals and values.
You will be part of our People & Culture team in Denmark, where you will be the fifth member.
Though each colleague in the team works within their specialties, we always make sure to help each other to secure proactivity, understanding of each other’s areas, and good collaboration.
Key Responsibilities in the role:
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders, providing strategic HR guidance and support. Hereby conducting regular sparring sessions with managers to address challenges and foster professional growth.
- Facilitate leadership development and succession planning to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
- Oversee talent management processes, including recruitment, performance management, and employee development.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of managers.
- Implement development initiatives to build leadership competencies and promote a culture of continuous learning.
Responsibilities shared in the department:
- Analyze and interpret HR metrics and key performance indicators to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change management efforts and ensure the successful implementation of new processes and initiatives.
- Lead and manage initiatives related to internal cultural changes, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives
- Employee master data handling and contract management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role in a multinational organization.
- Strong expertise in change management and cultural transformation initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change in a complex and dynamic environment.
- Solid understanding of HR practices and local labor laws.
- Understanding of HR key figures and data.
