As a director, you will maximize your technical and digital expertise to elevate our packaging processes and technologies, aligning tools and objectives to streamline digital interfaces, enhance data quality, and drive production efficiency. Your main tasks will include:

  • Identify data requirements and define the “platform” for BI structure.
  • Drive the Strategy and Deployment process (defining KPIs across P&P).
  • Own the agenda to bridge the gap between automation projects and digital solutions.
  • Manage portfolio management, oversee capacity across P&P, and be responsible for the yearly budget estimate for digital transformation initiatives.

Play your part in our team’s success

R&D Packing & Packaging is responsible for optimizing packing and packaging for all LEGO System and DUPLO products. This is achieved by developing and deploying standardized equipment platforms. In addition, it supports novelty development, develops material specifications, and leads packing capacity planning, including installations.
