Operational Engineer for our Technical Operations & Maintenance area

We are looking for a dedicated Operational Engineer, who shares our passion, drive, and energy – what we call Genki – to join a team of highly skilled and experienced colleagues at our production site in Hillerød.

About the position
You have a technical background, maybe as a calibration technician, marine engineer, or electrical engineer. It’s a requirement that you have knowledge and experience with configuration and commissioning of instruments and a broad interest in instrumentation and control systems, Fieldbus, Profibus, or similar systems.

Your responsibilities will be to support our calibration tasks and maintain instruments to support our production facilities.

Responsibilities

• Contact to external calibration labs and instrument vendors.
• Complete CMMS work orders and update our CMMS system.
• Support the Metrology function with job plans, instructions, and procedures.
• Skills in Automation systems.
• Configuration of instruments and commissioning.
• Monitoring and alarm handling on instruments.
• Support the calibration technician and trouble shooting.
• Support training and learning skills for calibration technician.

Personal Skills
As a person you are approachable, service minded, meticulous, able to work independently and meet your deadlines.

Good understanding of GMP production is essential.

You are good at communicating and collaborating with stakeholders in other departments and with people from different cultures and professional backgrounds. We strive to constantly improve the areas we work with, and it is important you can juggle a variety of tasks.

About the department
Our department is responsible for Instrumentation and Controls and is part of Technical Operations & Maintenance. We support the daily operations with calibration of instruments, performing trouble shooting, and solving issues within the area of instrumentation and control systems. We also provide calibration and instrument engineering support to the ongoing expansion project of our new production facilities as well as support to our ongoing production.
