Position Overview
As a Strategy Manager at HusCompagniet, you will be part of the team responsible for executing our ambitious 2028 strategy. Working closely with top management and the Board of Directors, you will lead selected strategic initiatives and collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization. You will report to Head of Group Strategy, Julia Holm Sahlberg, and work from our office in Virum.

What We Are Looking For

• 2-3 years of experience in a top-tier management consultancy or an internal strategy department
• Project management skills to independently lead projects and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
• A strategic mindset coupled with quantitative and analytical skills to extract insights and meaningful conclusions
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Strong communication skills in Danish and English

The Team
You will join the Group Strategy and Business Development team, composed of ambitious colleagues with diverse backgrounds in management consulting, data & BI, and sustainability. Our team works closely with top management on various topics, including group strategy, digitalization, sustainability, potential M&A opportunities, process optimization, commercial optimization, IT systems development, governance models, KPIs, and management tools.
