Your new team
You will become part of the Group Reporting team which currently consists of 11 colleagues, divided into two sub teams: Group Reporting and ESG Reporting. The team is responsible for the group reporting of European Energy Group and works closely with the other teams in the Finance department, which in total consists of ~100 colleagues, as well as other internal and external stakeholders.
Your new role
As our new Financial System Specialist, you will take part in preparation of interim and annual reporting and play an active role in the driving the implementation of OneStream in European Energy. We have started the implementation process, but this position is newly established, and is a combined role, covering both system implementation and with responsibility of financial tasks, in particular during quarter and annual closings. You will work in close cooperation with the Financial Controllers and Finance Managers across countries in supporting their reporting to Group. Moreover, you will work with continuous improvement of OneStream and develop a system that can fulfill new demands from both external and internal stakeholders.
A typical day
- You take part in the implementation of OneStream.
- You drive the process in regards of consolidation.
- You continuously ensure OneStream is optimized and ready for reporting.
- You handle controlling of selected group numbers to ensure quality reporting.
- You take part in ad-hoc projects in the Group Reporting team hereunder optimization of the reporting process and ESG.

To succeed in the role, we imagine that
- You have +5 years of experience from a similar position, providing solid accounting and external financial reporting knowledge.
- You have experience with either implementation or use of Onestream.
- You have an analytical and curious mindset.
- You act with integrity and accountability, take initiative and ownership, and you are able to work independently to deliver timely and in high quality.
- You have full professional proficiency in Danish and English.
As a person, you are curious and driven. You have good communication skills and work well with internal stakeholders across departments and at all levels as well as with external stakeholders. You moreover thrive working in an international environment with fast growth where all processes are not yet in place.
