As a Sales Engineer / Senior Solutions Consultant, you will be the technical expert and project manager for some of our largest Enterprise clients in Europe. This position requires a unique blend of technical knowledge and proficient project management skills, as you’ll be working with various stakeholders to ensure ROI is met.

What you'll be doing:

• Collaborate with sales teams to develop and implement strategic plans for closing high-value Enterprise deals
• Lead technical discussions and demonstrations to showcase Trustpilot's solutions to potential clients
• Manage the onboarding process for our largest Enterprise customers, ensuring smooth integration and adoption of Trustpilot's platform
• Support CSMs to assess the needs and expected ROI these customers and manage projects to realize their success once signed
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned Enterprise accounts
• Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions for complex client requirements
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations

Who you are:

• Proven experience in Sales Engineering, Professional Services or a similar role
• Proficient in technology, possessing the capability to comprehend and articulate intricate software solutions
• Advanced project management skills with experience in managing multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously
• A understanding of HTML/CSS Skilled in Javascript, Python or other scripting languages
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience working with CRM systems, including Salesforce
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are beneficial
