Tribe Architect for Corporate Customer Engagement

You will be part of the senior management team in DK, building and running a tribe currently consisting of 30 Tribe members on a mission critical to Danske Bank.

Our team
The tribe is rather new and will from the beginning consist of 3 Squads working across two locations (Copenhagen and Bangalore). As this is an area which is essential to our recently launched strategy in Danske Bank, the tribe is expected to grow significantly in size over the coming years while ensuring we build a culture aligned to our values.

Our mission is: “We enable Data Driven Advisory, through Digital Channels and by empowering Business Customers (BC) and Large Customer & Institution (LC&I) advisors with Customer Insights in CRM”

The Tribe will be responsible for proactive advice and insights provided through data products. Furthermore, the tooling delivered to our advisors in the expertise layer also sit with this tribe – we are using MS Dynamics 365 CRM.

You will be part of the senior management team in DK, building and running a tribe currently consisting of 30 Tribe members on a mission critical to Danske Bank. We will work in cross functional squads and you will have to ensure we have a holistic view on our architecture across our Tribe to be able to deliver on the ambitious Forward ´28 Strategy.

Your daily work activities
As our new Tribe Architect, you will act as sparring partner in the Tribe and will, as the Tribe grows bigger, also be having HR leadership of architects. It is important you enjoy working with multiple cultures and across multiple locations - as we have tribe members as well as colleagues outside of our Tribe spread across multiple locations that we need to collaborate with, efficiently.

Furthermore, you will;

• Facilitate our technical alignment across all squads and system landscape
• Create target architecture and tool stack, architecture roadmaps etc. aligned with the visions of our stakeholders in business and other Tribes
• Collaborate with other architects in the organization
• Promote tribe-wide initiatives and give direction to the solution architects in the tribe
• Be the technical wingman and sparring partner of the Tribe Leadership Team

A great match
We imagine you bring 6+ years of relevant full-time experience and proven history of impacting technical decisions cross a larger organisation

• Defined Solution and Enterprise architecture skills at scale
• Hands-on experience and deep understanding of cloud technologies (private/public), standards and operational setup
• Knowledge and insight into MS Dynamics 365 CRM will be advantageous
• Experience of using data intelligent would be beneficial – and for sure AI will be part of the future set-up
• An inherent drive to collaborate, both within the team and across the organisation
• Advanced writing and verbal English language skills
