We are seeking a Manager/Senior Manager, experienced within financial services and business strategy/consulting to contribute to the ambitious objectives of one of the Nordics’ leading communities. We are looking for individuals, who continuously strive to grow their content and leadership skills, are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, and dealing with complex challenges in a structured and innovative way.

Description of Role and Practice
As part of Financial Services Strategy & Consulting, you will serve as a trusted advisor for our Nordic clients, drive transformations and define strategy at the intersection of business and technology.

With a broad set of backgrounds and capabilities, our team has expertise in e.g., banking, capital markets, insurance, payments, sustainable finance and technology.

What you will do

• Stay on top of industry trends and engage with colleagues across Strategy & Consulting to ensure we scale our presence & capabilities across financial services
• Build client relationships, and identify and drive client opportunities
• Provide expertise and insights to our clients
• Lead and manage project teams, ensure successful delivery of projects, delivery of value-driven recommendations, knowledge transfer and effective advisory
• Analyze and identify value creation and improvement opportunities at the intersection of business, data and technology
• Grow and operate the Danish FS Strategy & Consulting team across Banking, Capital Markets and Insurance
• Mentor and coach junior colleagues in the team
• Engage with the broader Accenture Financial Services community, as well as other Accenture organization groups to foster collaboration and support growth and development of the business and bring the best of Accenture to our clients

Typical projects are often set out to transform clients’ businesses running large transformational projects, define and develop growth & business strategies at the intersection of business, data, customer experience and technology, and assess value creation opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications
Job requirements
You bring at least 8 years of working experience with a proven track-record of leading various project deliveries in financial services that equip you to succeed and grow at Accenture. You have experience preferably as a strategy or management consultant from a leading consulting practice, or from a similar role in the industry. It is important, that you are curious about how new trends and technologies are shaping the world, financial services and our clients. As a person, you strive in a truly diverse and international environment where collaboration is essential. You have strong communication skills and are a dynamic presenter with the ability to convey technology and business value propositions. In addition, you have a proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment where perseverance, a can-do attitude and curiosity are key characteristics. Ideally, you speak at least one of the Nordic languages and it is expected that you are already based in Denmark.

Moreso, you must have:

• A network in the industry, i.e. at some of Denmark’s main financial services companies
• Demonstrated experience across Banking, Insurance and/or Capital markets as an external advisor. You will typically have a stronghold in one of the sub-industries, but should be able to demonstrate experience across
• Strong relationship skills and ability to manage stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience originating & selling consulting services
• A proven track record from leading larger projects, including reporting to C-suite and steering committees
• Experience with ‘Total enterprise transformation’, shaping transformation journeys from enterprise operating models and throughout the technology landscape
• Excellent written and oral communication skills (English)
• Master´s degree (with major in Economics or similar) or equivalent with excellent academic results
