Minerva Imaging is seeking a dynamic QA Specialist to join our innovative Digital Solutions and Technology team. In this role, you'll lead the implementation and management of our ISO 27001 quality assurance system, playing a pivotal role in enhancing the security and reliability of our digital infrastructure. You'll also collaborate closely with our R&D team, ensuring the smooth integration and continuous improvement of our QA processes.

About the Role
As a QA Specialist at Minerva Imaging, you will be a key member of the Digital Solutions and Technology team, dedicated to securing and optimizing our IT security practices. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, implement, and manage an ISO 27001 quality assurance system in SimplerQMS. You'll conduct regular audits and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with industry standards while continuously identifying and driving improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, implementation, and management of the ISO 27001 quality assurance system.
- Conduct audits and risk assessments to ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 27001 standards.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including policies, procedures, and training materials.
- Monitor and report on the performance of the ISO 27001 QA system, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Oversee the migration of the existing R&D QA system to a joint QA system.
- Collaborate closely with the R&D quality team, providing expertise and guidance on the QA system, quality processes and policies.
Your Experience and Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in building and managing ISO 27001 QA systems.
- Strong understanding of ISO 2700x standards and requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Quality Assurance) or equivalent work experience.
