Tribe Architect and Team Lead for Monitoring & Screening Tribe

Do you want to build a highly data and analytics focused architecture for combatting financial crime?
You and your team will be developing target architecture and implementation roadmap for detection of fraud, sanctions, and money laundering, moving our applications into AWS, increasing the use of advanced analytical models and integrating with the Bank’s developing data and analytics architecture.
We see you taking on the following responsibilities.
As a Team Leader you will have HR responsibility for the architects in Denmark and Lithaunia. You will complete the target architecture for the area, aligning it with the developing data and analytics architecture as well as the business goals for financial crime prevention.
Furthermore you will;
- Develop our team of architects who is in collaboration with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and external vendors, to define the target solution architectures
- Lead our discovery of emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness of financial crime detection.
- Establish roadmaps for transformation into target state and guardrails for technology and architecture that apply across the tribe
- Socialize architecture and technology guardrails with tribe architects from 2 other financial crime tribes.
- Establish tracking of progress towards target state
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices, security standards, and regulatory requirements
We see you holding the following qualifications
We imagine you hold a solid knowledge of modern technology platforms, including cloud computing, data and analytics. You have Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect, leading large-scale initiatives within complex environments.
You have great analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. We also hope you bring Good communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with diverse stakeholders as well as our distributed teams.
Furthermore, you bring;
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proficiency in enterprise architecture tools and methodologies
- Relevant certifications (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect) will be an added advantage
