The Position
As a Cleanroom Professional, you’ll play a key role in developing and implementing cleanrooms and modern production rooms that ensure our facilities run at peak performance.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the cleanroom solution is state of the art when brought into production, compliant to regulatory requirements now and in the future as well – a facility we can be proud of in 20 years.

The key tasks will include:

  • Design of cleanroom solutions in Novo Nordisk’s future aseptic production facilities.
  • Working with the technical tracks to ensure key functionalities and design principles are highlighted and documented.
  • Involvement in vendor oversight during the design, build and test phases.
  • Setting the direction to ensure a risk-based approach to validation and maintaining the validated state.

The position will involve collaborating with our global sites, to facilitate this, some travel would be expected for the position which is estimated at 5 trips per year.

As a Cleanroom Professional in Fill & Finish Expansions, you will be anchored in the EM, Cleanroom and GMP team.

The team currently consist of 15 colleagues with very different backgrounds, professionally and personally. We value differences in perspective and experience.

Qualifications
To be successful in this position, we expect you to have:

  • An academical degree within architecture, engineering, life science, or similar education.
  • Proven track record of experience in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
  • 1+ years of work experience clean room processes with involvement in projects.
  • It is advantageous if you have experience with qualification and commissioning of GMP facilities.
  • An excellent command of verbal and written English.

You thrive in a changing and dynamic environment and able to demonstrate attention to detail and are structured when it comes to problem-solving. Furthermore, you have good stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relations on a global scale and embrace professional and personal diversity.

About the department
You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approximately 28,500 employees. Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major fill & finish expansion projects across PSQIT to serve the needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology. We are setting the standards for the future, designing facilities we will still be proud of many decades from now. Fill & Finish Expansions has a global approach, where you will be working with multiple sites and cultures across the world.
