Sales Manager - Scan-Speak

DEDIKATION is seeking a Sales Manager on behalf of Scan-Speak
Are you technically proficient and passionate about global sales, and do you see yourself as the future leader of an international sales team? Can you envision yourself in a role where relationships and cultural understanding are key, and do you thrive on taking responsibility for both new and existing customers across continents? If so, you might be the candidate we are looking for to fill the open position of Sales Manager at Scan-Speak.

As the Sales Manager, you will play a central role in the ambition to grow the business on a global scale. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and build relationships with potential customers while maintaining and expanding the existing customer portfolio. You will have ample opportunity to travel and attend international trade shows, where you will represent Scan-Speak and create new business opportunities.

You will join a team of 45 employees, all based in Videbæk. Here, you will work closely with Scan-Speak’s CSO, and have the opportunity to advance to a leadership role within the company’s international sales department.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Selling speaker drivers and system solutions for loudspeakers to the high-end audio market
  • Identifying new customer prospects and expanding the customer portfolio
  • Building and maintaining relationships across cultures
  • Participating in international trade shows and business trips
  • Collaborating with R&D to ensure customized solutions for clients.

Your Profile:

  • Experience in technical sales, ideally with a focus on B2B or export
  • Strong technical interest and the ability to understand complex products
  • Methodical and highly organized in your work
  • Independent, proactive, and comfortable with responsibility
  • Skilled in building relationships and open to engaging with other cultures
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Danish and English
  • Valid driver's license.
