Take this opportunity to play an important role in developing and maturing AM technologies in the LEGO Group!
Core Responsibilities
As Senior Quality Engineer in our Equipment Development team, you will be working closely with our AM engineers locally as well as partners in our global production setup. You will also be building and maintaining our workflows and guides to ensure a consistent, standardized and efficient platform. To be specific your tasks will be to:

  • Ensure Quality performance of a multi-technology global fleet of 3D printers
  • Explore and drive quality improvement initiatives across sites
  • Ensure Quality of processes and documentation
  • Monitor performance via KPI tracking and BI reporting on equipment, identify trends and take action on these
  • Lead Root Cause analysis on complex issues
  • Actively engage with the team to maintain our high quality standard in our ways of working and products

Play your part in our team succeeding
Based in our office in Billund, you will join our Additive Design & Manufacturing Equipment Development team. Together with colleagues and internal customers our focus is to ensure delivery of internally designed and manufactured equipment within the right quality, requirements and lead-time.

We work across 3 different technologies divided between polymer and metal, all of which we are constantly pushing the limits for to deliver efficiency in our supply chain and to drive the AM industry and its technologies towards true large scale manufacturing!

We are part of a bigger and diverse team focusing on the research and development of design methodologies and technologies, production technologies, materials, and applications. We are focusing on both metal and polymer AM production for different applications and with different partners.

Do you have what it takes?
We imagine that you are a team-player with excellent communication skills that enables you to build positive relationships, and to convey a clear message to those around you. You are pro-active and take initiative, while being able to work in an ever-changing and challenging environment. In addition, you have:

  • 3+ years of experience working with Additive Manufacturing
  • Experience working with metal and/or polymer AM technologies
  • Quality related experience
  • Experience working with data analysis and BI and representing data
  • Ability to comprehend and navigate complex challenges
  • Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and doing root cause analysis
  • Organized and structured approach
  • Proficiency in English written and verbally
