The Position
As a Project Scheduler you will join the Lead Project Planner to create detailed plans and schedules related to our high-profile capacity expansion project. You will also be expected to take part in discussions with project leadership and functional line representatives. Your primary focus will be on project planning and developing scheduling processes.
You will be responsible for:
- Continuous monitoring and controlling of the schedule.
- Creating and updating the database using gathered data to monitor project performance.
- Overseeing all activities related to planning, including scheduling and developing detailed project plans covering the full project scope.
- Resource planning, from establishing and maintaining project resourcing plans to analyzing scenario planning.
- Maintaining time schedules.
- The role will also give you the opportunity to be involved in shaping and scheduling activities at senior management level.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
- An academic degree within Engineering, Business Administration, Finance Management, Construction or similar.
- Extensive project management experience within building and developing projects in engineering production/ construction.
- Experience working with scheduling software such as for e.g. OPC, Primavera, Microsoft Project or similar.
- Experience with data analysis and presenting findings.
- Working cross functionally liaising and building relations with senior stakeholders.
Additionally, the candidates should be prepared to travel and be fluent in spoken and written English - knowing Danish will be considered an advantage.
On a personal level, you should have a natural drive and commitment, and be focused on maintaining the most optimal process while remaining curious and willing to learn. As a professional, you have worked at a strategic level and have effective analytical capabilities to be able to communicate complex sets of data to management in an easy-to-understand way, ultimately providing direction and influencing decision making.
Furthermore, whilst working independently, you thrive in driving initiatives and have a forward-thinking outlook.
Please also note that the position is based in Odense with frequently working days in Høje Taastrup office.

You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approximately 28,500 employees. Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major fill & finish expansion projects across PSQIT to serve the needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology.
