The job:
As our Nordic Sector Sales Manager – Process Industry, you will lead a team of 7 sales engineers within our Nordic operation. Your primary focus will be to foster a high-performance sales culture centered on collaboration, trust, and care. You'll be instrumental in guiding your team through the transformation from product-solution selling to consultative selling, supporting their development through targeted training and the strategic use of CRM and PowerBI tools.

In addition to leading your team, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers across the Nordics, ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction levels remain high. You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing strategies to achieve sector targets and drive growth. Reporting directly to the Nordic General Manager, you will collaborate extensively with teams across the Nordics and EMEA, embodying the Nordic Leadership team’s values of excellence, empowerment, and respect.

Who we’re looking for:
Your success in this role will depend on your min. 6 years experience as Sales Manager, preferably within the process industry, and your ability to think strategically and communicate effectively.

We are looking for a candidate based in Norway. Additionally, you have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering or higher.
  • Understand the process industry - challenges, pains and gains, stakeholders, and market dynamics.
  • A strong commercial mindset with understanding of business processes, stakeholder management, structures, and market dynamics.
  • A dynamic professional personality, strategic thinking, and proven sales abilities to drive business growth in the Nordics.
  • Speak min. one of the Nordic languages and business level English is required.
  • Excellent people and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, and ability to make decisions based on facts
  • Structured, experienced CRM user.
  • Experience in working in a larger multinational/global business.

It will be a bonus if you know fluid technology and have experience working across Nordics.
