The position
The Medical Director plays a crucial role, offering medical expertise, leadership, being out there and building relationships and coordination to support regional sales, marketing, clinical, and medical affairs teams. The primary objective is to achieve strategic and operational business goals while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and customers.

In this position, the Medical Director will oversee a dedicated medical team with highly skilled people, lead the development and execution of medical, scientific, and clinical trial initiatives, and design communication strategies. These efforts are focused on driving sustainable business growth in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives, all while upholding the highest ethical and compliance standards

Must have criterias

• Strong cross functional skills with related functions apart from medical and helicopter perspective
• A solid business-oriented mindset.
• At least 5-10 years of experience in medical affairs.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Extensive scientific knowledge
• Action-oriented and easy-going with a strong focus on achieving results.
• Open for travelling globally and with the right mindset advance globally.
• Specialized expertise in relevant therapeutic areas.
• Preferably located in the Stockholm region.
• Proficiency in Swedish is a plus.
