Digital Activation Lead

Join us in this role where you’ll work closely alongside branding and marketing specialists within our Corporate Affairs team and play a critical role in a range of digital activation activities, including paid media campaign planning and execution, campaign and channel reporting, and monitoring industry and media trends.

Welcome to Branding, Marketing & Sustainability
You’ll be part of the Marketing Activation team where you, together with your colleagues, will work closely with cross-functional teams, agencies, and partners to create impactful marketing programs that support our positioning as a trusted clean energy leader in the Americas.

As a team, we value open collaboration and leverage our varied skillsets to learn from and support each other across Corporate Affairs initiatives.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • collaborating with cross-functional teams, including creative, web, and communications professionals to develop and execute successful activations
  • managing paid media campaigns across various channels, including media plan development, setting up campaigns in platforms, engaging with publishers and partners, and optimizing strategies to achieve maximum ROI and exceed KPIs
  • creating reports and dashboards that track and communicate the performance and impact of digital initiatives
  • building and executing an always-on Google SEM program for Region Americas
  • conducting market research to inform campaigns and marketing initiatives.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have hands-on experience with media planning and execution
  • have a deep understanding of advertising principles and tools and technologies
  • have excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • are adept at distilling data into actionable insights
  • possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong analytical abilities.
