Do you want to bring Scandinavia’s largest Lingerie brand to the next level within Merchandising? We are on a steep growth journey and are looking for an experienced Senior Merchandiser to manage the company’s supply of products and services to our +300 stores.
CHANGE is a Danish company owning the entire value chain from design to production and sales both in stores and online, and we are continuously working on developing all parts of our business. We want to reinforce the power of the brand CHANGE, the brand visual identity, brand positioning and brand values.

The position is placed at the CHANGE headquarter in Farum, Denmark. You will be part of a leadership team collaborating across departments and you’ll lead your own team of employees in Denmark and Poland.

About the position
The Senior Merchandiser will be responsible for the overall buying budget and demand planning of all our product categories (lingerie, swimwear, nightwear, loungewear), in all our +300 stores in 9 markets and ecommerce sites. You will act as an ambassador of our product categories, closely partnering with our retail teams and all head offices. The person will support the business strategy to animate these categories, ensuring successful product launches and optimizing performance & profitability. Analytically minded with excellent product sensitivity, you will closely monitor the assortment and placement of products, commercially drive sales across the group and collaborate with key departments such as marketing, sales, design, retail, ecom and finance.

The work tasks include:
• Develop an overarching merchandising strategy for the group and drive business plans.
• Develop collection brief based on trend analysis, customer profiling / climate / store profile of different regions
• In charge of developing enhanced "Sales Through"-report to highlight reasons of performance/non-performance and allowing better product grouping and recommendation for products to be repeated based on trend analysis.
• Strong partnership with design to bring products to life in coordination with the brand identity, balancing commercial with aspirational.
• Thorough understanding of marketspace, inclusive of direct competitors and aspirational brands.

Professional competencies
• Master, MBA degree, or equivalent
• You are an exceptional people leader and great team player
• 5+ years of solid experience within Merchandising in Retail, ideally but not required with experience in the Fashion industry
• Experience in a multi store environment across different countries
• Experience in planning and allocation of products
• Managing a substantial buying budget
• You recognize opportunities and can influence decision makers
• Strong product sense and a commercial mindset
• Strong analytical skills
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, PBI and PPT
• Proven business strategy, planning, and complex problem-solving
• Ideally but not required knowledge of trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape
