We are looking for a new colleague to join our VELUX Finance Transformation- & Project Management Office (TPMO), to drive transformation and deliver strategic projects.

Your Challenges
As a Senior Project Manager within the TPMO, you will spearhead transformative projects and programs, working closely with our global team based in Denmark and Poland. Your mission is to lead strategic initiatives across facilities, finance, procurement, and master data domains, collaborating with internal clients within The VELUX Group and our external partners.

• Initiate and deliver transformational projects, ensuring alignment with our strategic vision
• Navigate a complex matrix organization, developing and implementing scalable solutions
• Take full ownership of projects, from conception to completion, adhering to strict governance standards
• Lead and inspire project teams, fostering collaboration and innovation
• Ensure timely delivery of projects, maintaining budget discipline and upholding our high standards of quality

Your Qualifications

• Leave a mark on the organization by driving successful transformations that will be remembered as pivotal moments in our history. Elevate the standards of project management, setting new benchmarks for what it means to lead with vision and integrity
• Proven senior project management expertise, equivalent to IPMA C level and 3-5 years of experience
• Adept at encouraging innovation management, facilitating decision-making and conducting workshops
• Background from consulting is highly desirable, coupled with experience in developing international teams
• Great motivational skills, with a skill in inspiring colleagues and stakeholders
