The role

  • Reporting to: Nicole Bording, People & Culture Director

The role you’ll play
In this interesting role, you will be one of the driving forces of the people side of business in AIP Management (“AIP”). You will have an opportunity to gain valuable work experience and support the organisation in everything related to people administration, including employment contracts and policies, core people data, visa applications, secondments and relocations, and people processes like performance reviews and going on/coming back from leave. We promise you will be embraced with exciting challenges and cool people daily!

The team you’ll be a part of
You will be part of an energetic and caring People & Culture team in the infrastructure investment industry. This people-centric team is formed by Julie, Amra, Michela, Diana, and Amalie and led by Nicole, our People & Culture Director. We are all located in AIP’s Copenhagen Office.

If you want to make a difference, make it with us by…

  • Implementing Workday as our new human capital management system and being the super admin.
  • Being the go-to person in matters related to the day-to-day handling of employment contracts and policies.
  • Having a solid collaboration with our internal tax and payroll advisors to ensure a 360-degree view of operational people matters.
  • Ensuring that secondment, relocation, and visa application processes are in place and executed in due time to avoid potential HR-related risks.
  • Using and updating our people data, including sharp analysis of changes, risks, and improvements.
  • Making it easy to provide updated people data to key stakeholders in- and outside the organisation.
  • Driving initiatives to make our people operation better and smarter.

In one year, you’ll know you were successful if…

  • We have successfully implemented Workday, and it’s widely used in the organisation.
  • Our people data is thoroughly organised and easy to access for leaders and teams requesting people data insights.
  • Employees know you as the go-to person regarding operational people matters.
  • Our processes connected to parental leave, educational leave, and sick leave are described in a simple manner and working efficiently.

What you’ll need to bring

  • Experience from an HR administration or people operation position.
  • Experience working in Workday as an admin/super-user.
  • Knowledge of Danish employment laws and how to best navigate the legal requirements.
  • A structured work approach and flair for handling multiple work streams.
  • Being able to contribute with a positive and service-minded attitude to collaborate and interact with multiple stakeholders.

  • Work experience from an investment, consulting, banking, or law firm.
