About the Role:
The Senior HR Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the entire employee lifecycle and assisting HR colleagues in their day-to-day tasks. This includes acting as a link between the Danish HR organization and global WSA service center colleagues. This role is essential for maintaining the ongoing advancement and refinement of HR processes, operational approaches, and adherence to legal requirements related to parental leave, sick leave, and country-specific labor legislation and workplace regulations. Additional tasks of a more administrative nature, such as coordinating and acting as primary point of contact for the service center employees and updating and maintaining HR processes and policies for optimal efficiency will be part of your day. You will be an important partner for our country HR colleagues in relation to legal employee matters as well as an important link between Finance and HR.

The role is well-suited for an individual who possesses a solid background in HR administrative tasks, a keen interest in ongoing enhancement of processes, and familiarity with HR legal issues, such as collective bargaining agreements.

What you will do

    1. Administrative HR Operations:
    • Complete and streamline HR administrative tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, and documentation.
    • Coordinate and serve as the primary point of contact for HR Services request.
    • Maintain accurate HR databases to ensure integrity and compliance.
    2. Labor law owner:
    • Provide expert guidance on HR legal matters in the Danish context, ensuring compliance with labor laws, employment contracts, and collective bargaining agreements.
    • Administer HR legal tasks such as parental leave and sick leave, ensuring adherence to country-specific regulations.
    3. HR Ops process owner (local employee life cycle process owner):
    • Identify opportunities to enhance internal HR administrative processes, implementing best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Revise and update HR agreements, forms, and guidelines to ensure adherence to regulations and optimize operational performance.
    4. Reporting and Strategic Initiatives:
    • Compile and examine HR metrics and reports to facilitate informed decision-making and detect patterns in human resource activities.
    • Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures that reflect best practices and legal compliance.

What you bring
Experience

    • Degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations or administrative roles, preferably within a global and Danish-based company.
    • Prior experience working with HR legal matters and knowledge of collective bargaining agreements in Denmark is highly desirable.
    • Robust knowledge of HR administrative processes and procedures, complemented by substantial experience in an HR operations role.
    • Experience working with Danish labor laws, collective bargaining agreements, and HR legal matters.
    • Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS), preferably SAP Successfactors and MS Office Suite.

    • Proficient at coordinating numerous responsibilities and ensuring timely completion in a bustling workplace.
