Head of APAC QHSE Supplier Management

Join us in this role where you’ll be leading a team in working with our supply chain to manage QHSE performance across the APAC region. You’ll support your team in driving QHSE excellence in our supply chain, whilst also engaging directly with some suppliers yourself to secure exemplary performance.

Welcome to QHSE Supply Chain Management
You’ll be part of APAC QHSE Supply Chain Management where you, together with your colleagues, will be responsible for working with internal and external stakeholder to ensure Orsted’s QHSE requirements are fulfilled to effectively mitigate risks during scope delivery.

As a team, we have a crucial role in securing the Orsted ambition of ensuring everyone goes home safely each day while supporting our activities in a developing market and region.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • leading the team in a dynamic, fast paced matrix organisation in line with the department strategy
  • ensuring requirements are communicated to and aligned with suppliers across the region during the procurement process
  • enabling the business to understand, monitor and act according to supplier QHSE performance
  • ensuring global best practice tools and processes are used across the team
  • securing supplier development in line with strategic initiatives across the region

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have strong working knowledge of supplier QHSE performance management, incl. use in procurement processes
  • have demonstrable skills in stakeholder management including all levels of an organisation, with change management experience being advantageous
  • have relevant industry experience
  • are passionate about driving QHSE excellence in a rapidly developing industry
  • speak and write English fluently
