As the CRM Testing Manager at The LEGO Group, reporting to the Senior Director of the LEGO CRM Hub, you’ll be key in transforming personalization. Lead and drive innovative CRM Testing and Learning to shape the future of our customer experience!

Please note the work location is in Copenhagen, Denmark and no relocation assistance is offered for this role.

Core Responsibilities
You will drive CRM testing to enhance timely, contextual communications and boost commercial performance. This role requires a strategic innovator with hands-on experience in CRM testing, a passion for exceptional member experiences, and a history of delivering continuous improvement.

  • Develop and implement a robust CRM testing roadmap, managing a backlog aligned with business goals in collaboration with the Membership Performance & Development and CRM Proposition teams.
  • Define methodologies, processes, and tools for various testing types (A/B, Multi-Variant, Performance, Channel, Content, Audience, etc.).
  • Work with CRM Hub, CRM Propositions, Membership, and analytics teams to ensure testing plans support Membership and Personalisation objectives.
  • Collaborate across functions to formulate business questions and CRM hypotheses, translating them into actionable testing plans.
  • Create comprehensive testing plans, test cases, and lead dependencies on systems and integrations.
  • Establish quality standards and effective methods for CRM testing, and scale successful tests.
  • Produce and present detailed reports, metrics, and dashboards.
  • Document processes and results, and promote improvements across CRM.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Minimum 5 years in a CRM testing role.
  • Proficient with testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Optimizely).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • Skilled in partner management.
