Role overview

The main responsibility of the Reporting Centre Team is to identify business needs and implement various reports to support all Carlsberg entities in Western Europe supporting their business decisions. The Reporting Centre Team is developing and maintaining Front End reporting using the Power BI solution.

Reporting Analyst will be a part of the Reporting Centre at Carlsberg Shared Services. The person will be responsible for developing and maintaining harmonized Power BI reporting solutions for Supply Chain business areas across Western Europe.

What you’ll be doing

• Primary responsibility is developing, testing, and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards for the Supply Chain Business area.
• Visualization of results using Power BI based on functional requirements.
• Maintaining existing reports and supporting the implementation of new solutions and enhancements.
• Preparation of technical documentation of existing products and implemented solutions – always keeping documentation up to date.
• Solving detected technical issues in reporting and establishing missing functionalities
• Evaluation of the feasibility and complexity of the business requirements.
• Extending knowledge about reporting technology.
• Identifying and communicating risks and issues within reporting areas.
• Working closely with various stakeholders (e.g. Local Commercial and Supply Chain Companies, Functional Teams, Central Functions) across Carlsberg Group to ensure quality delivery of services.

What we’re looking for

• At least one year of professional experience as Reporting Analyst or in a similar position.
• Experience with Power BI and DAX – working with development and with experience in designing reports and dashboards in Power BI.
• Proficiency in English – written and spoken.
• Basic understanding of the DevOps.
• Is good in communication and with strong service mentality.
• Has a good understanding of technical aspects of processes/reports like data models and report structure.
• Data presentation abilities, being able to translate data into business output reporting based on functional requirements.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills and present a strong ability to absorb data and break down a problem into logically manageable parts.
• Enjoying a high degree of independence in improving and designing new reports, processes, and process improvements.
