Main responsibilities:
- Screen potential candidates, manage, and coordinate the interview process.
- Liaise with hiring managers, candidates, and senior management throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Post and manage job listings on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other popular online channels.
- Responsible for the onboarding program for new employees, ensuring a consistent onboarding experience for new starters, and preparing induction materials for a smooth process.
- Help streamline and roll out new procedures throughout different departments within the company.
- Curate and establish HR best practices with US team and HQ.
- Plan and execute company events/visits to the offices.
- Work with HQ to help improve the workplace experience for its employees through new programs or perks.
- Benefits and 401-k account management.
- All other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in an HR related role.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communicator.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy in checking, and creating documentation.
- Ability to analyze data and create insightful reports.
- Thrives on using initiative and generating tasks and ideas independently.
- Keen to take on tasks outside of immediate role to further develop professionally.
- Able to work fully onsite.
