Business Developer for Hogan Assessment - Stockholm - Summit

At Summit, we take pride in being the official distributor of Hogan Assessment Systems in Scandinavia and the Benelux countries, with a mature market in Denmark and ambitious growth plans in our other Scandinavian markets. We are now looking for a driven Business Developer to help us expand our operations in Scandinavia especially with focus on the Swedish, Norwegian, and Finnish markets.

As our Business Developer, you play a key role in building up our Swedish, Norwegian, and Finnish market by developing and generating opportunities with potential large customers, promoting Hogan Assessments in recruitment and leadership development, and working closely with our Swedish Senior Consultant to map out the potential market. You will also be responsible for following up on all business opportunities and activities, taking an active role in important growth initiatives for the company, and presenting to management regarding customer status, profit/loss analysis, market, and business opportunities in assigned markets.

To succeed in this role, you should have experience in sales to HR departments, preferably sales of tests and assessment tools or HR-related products. You should be a natural networker who enjoys engaging externally, be comfortable with sales-related activities, and be a team player who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously and is willing to do what it takes to get the job done. You should also be motivated to contribute to a positive team spirit and a growing company. Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is a must.
