Then you might be our new Office Assistant at Le Management in Hamburg.

About the job
We are looking for a passionate Office Assistant to join our Le Management team as soon as possible at the office in Hamburg. As an Office Assistant you are responsible for keeping office operations running smoothly in an organized and efficient manner along with helping colleagues with urgent job tasks and making sure that all guests at the office get a warm welcome. We offer a globally oriented and ever-changing environment and a high variety in daily work tasks whereof it is essential that you have a talent for structure, proactivity, and maintaining an administrative overview.

Primary work tasks:

  • Coordinate, organize, and prepare for meetings
  • Welcoming guests, models, and customers to the Hamburg office
  • Day-to-day operations
  • Handle internal and external requests from clients and colleagues
  • Develop and optimize daily work processes
  • Book travel for the models, send callsheets, chart options and support the Bookers in their daily tasks
  • Ad hoc tasks

About you
We have no requirement regarding educational level or previous work experience within the industry but expect you to thrive in a social and relationship-based environment and that you have a natural flair with people.

Furthermore, we expect you to:

  • Have strong communication skills and speak and write fluent German and English.
  • Be a dedicated team player who helps others succeed
  • Have a positive mindset and a high willingness to learn
  • Be able to work from the office in Hamburg
