Supplier QHSE Manager

Join us in this role where you’ll play a key part in the Supplier QHSE Prequalification, performing qualification and improvement activities to identify, support, and mature suppliers in region Americas. In this role, you’ll support onshore, offshore, and P2X technologies

Welcome to Asset Risk and Supply chain management QHSE
You’ll be part of Americas Region QHSE team where you, together with your colleagues, will ensure that the supplier’s QHSE performance and capability are evaluated and monitored from pre-qualification stage, contract award, and through to scope completion. You’ll report to the Regional Head of Americas QHSE Supply Chain Management. As a team, we offer opportunity to work with a wide variety of tasks, get international exposure, and provide great potential for development.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • supplier QHSE qualification activities, incl. pre-qualification, tender evaluation, and assessments
  • delivering QHSE deliverables to stakeholders in procurement and QHSE teams in project development, execution, and operations to help ensure QHSE risk is managed
  • conducting supplier QHSE audits in line with the central supplier QHSE audit plan
  • developing, managing, and monitoring supplier development plans for regional suppliers
  • implementing QHSE supplier management processes, incl. global standards and regional or local requirements
  • implementing the Regional Supplier QHSE Management strategy, annual engagement plans, and initiatives.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • posess excellent, communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • have experience working in supplier QHSE management across development, construction, and operation activities
  • hold a degree in quality, health, safety, or environment, or have equivalent experience
  • have excellent knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, 45001
  • have lead auditor experience and a good attention to detail
  • preferably have experience working in energy, infrastructure, or the utility industry
