About your future role
As Business Controller you will take part in the financial management of the eID Solutions’ products and business.

You will be part of our business controlling together with two other controllers in the Commercial Excellence team. Your main stakeholders will be the eID Solutions Leadership Team, to whom you will provide financial reporting and business supporting analyses, and the Customer Team, to whom you will provide financial planning, reporting, invoicing and assist with business cases.. A central part of your role will be to contribute to the continued development of the financial management tools and procedures and support the business in the international expansion.

We expect you to be on site at our office with flexible working hours and possibility of working from home regularly. There will be limited travel activity.

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

  • Preparation and presentation of financial reporting and forecasting
  • Preparation of budgets
  • Resource forecasting and planning
  • Analysis of business drivers and advising on optimization
  • Development of procedures and tools
  • Ad hoc analyses and presentations of financials, business plans and scenarios
  • Contribute to customer presentations of resource and financial planning and results

Your role will be hands-on preparation of the above reports, analysis and presentations, and support and contribute to presentations prepared by other teams.

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:

  • Understanding of how financial reporting works – the connection between accounting and reporting, reliance of procedures and policies and analysis of deviation drivers
  • Experience with financial planning in a service organisation
  • Interested in using your financial understanding to support management with new insights and improvement of business cases
  • Presentation skills - be ready to discuss financials with managers and colleagues with non-financial background
  • Team-player valuing close collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Flexible and able to handle a number of simultaneous tasks
  • Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Proficiency both in written and spoken English and Danish

Additional skills and experience that would make you stand out:

  • Financial reporting skills from a position as Finance Business Partner, Business controller or similar
  • Ready to take ownership of management reporting, both KPI development, processes, data quality assurance and stakeholder management
  • Skills within financial modelling
  • High drive, proactive and taking part in defining and scoping your tasks
