About your future role
The Nets Group Finance function is a key player acting as an international HUB, with material responsibilities in the combined Group and operating with large scale of authority and autonomy. The Nets Group Finance has a strong track record of high-quality financial reporting, continuously developing processes and adapting an international working culture. To continue succeeding in our ambitions, we see a need to strengthen our Group Accounts team further in the core tasks of statutory reporting (local and IFRS), audit, internal controls etc.
Join a department with great international focus
We are searching for a Group Financial Controller. The right candidate will join The Group Accounts team, which currently consists of 8 people. The team is part of Accounting Nordics & DACH, also including Clearing & Settlement, Invoice & Income Controlling, Tax as well as Shared Service Centre teams.
The Group Accounts team is vocal in further streamlining and aligning processes within the sub-group. Furthermore, we are in the process of condensing the legal entity structure in the near future.
Your key responsibilities, depending on your competences and interests, includes:
- Ensure strong Group Financial Controlling for your areas of responsibility, incl. IFRS.
- Consolidation and involvement in the new consolidation tool implementation that’s part of the CFO transformation project.
- Participate in monthly, quarterly and yearly closing and financial reporting as well as annual reports.
- Prepare technical accounting supporting memos.
- Co-operation with other Group functions and the business
- Complete monthly Group reporting and reconciliation activities, such as NWC and equity

Ideally, you have a relevant financial degree combined with minimum 4-6 years of experience from a Group Finance function or as an Auditor.
- You are capable of operating within a complex business environment.
- Solid experience with IFRS and annual reports.
- Knowledge of Group consolidation.
- Knowledge with SAP and SAP BW is an advantage.
- You are fluent in English that is our corporate language, Danish is an advantage but not a must.
