Your mission…
As the Nordic Supply Chain Director for the Consumer Products Division, you define the supply chain strategy for your business division and lead the activities aiming at an improved customer experience while optimizing costs and improving stocks quality. You lead the supply and demand planning processes and serve as the liaison between the division and its strategy and the other operations functions. To that aim, you are an active member of both the business division and operations management committee.

You will…

  • Be responsible for defining the Nordic Supply Chain strategy for your business division and align it together with your European Zone Supply Chain teams.
  • Represent Nordics in European Supply Chain Director forums with intention to contribute to the big picture and collect good practices.
  • Animate the implementation of processes, best practices, the achievement of objectives e.g., challenge the performance and follow the key KPIs (Forecast accuracy, service level, customer satisfaction, stock level) as well as the cost follow up for the division’s operations activities.
  • Pilot and follow the progress of improvement plans and lead the implementation of organizational changes.
  • Coordinate the S&OP processes between the Business Unit and the different partners (factory, co-packing, etc…).
  • Coordinate the Demand Planning activities to guarantee the sales forecasts accuracy and to participate in the business planning.
  • Coordinate the Supply planning activities taking care of the optimization of flows and procurement parameters.
  • Define the strategy with the Shared Services (Physical Distribution, Master data, Subcontracting, Customer service etc) according to the Division needs.
  • Define, activate and animate Customer collaboration initiatives for the entity alongside participating in projects impacting Supply Chain.
  • Recruit, develop and manage your team taking care of the transfer of know-how and of the development of expertise alongside leading across the Operations Community.

Your profile…

  • 7+ Years of working experience within Operations/Supply chain.
  • 4+ Years of team management experience, ideally having managed more than one team.
  • Proven record of exceptional performance and concrete contributions to previous roles.
  • Strategic mindset with ability to define the right priorities and robust 360o stakeholder management skills.
  • Clear and inspirational communication style combined with analytical mindset.
  • Ability to lead teams in a Simplicity mindset, work proactively and prioritize efficiently.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take initiatives and drive actions.
  • Your previous working experience is ideally composed of at least 2 different functional areas within operations with demand or supply planning being the one of them.
