Opgaver

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cyber Security Compliance Specialist for our Client.In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our embedded software and OT systems meet all relevant security and compliance standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and management to develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and controls.
  
• Develop and implement cyber security compliance programs for embedded software and OT systems.
  
• Conduct IT and information security risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and threats.
  
• Develop and maintain risk management frameworks, guidelines, and procedures.
  
• Support the CISO and BISOs in integrating IT risk management into the broader security strategy.
  
• Monitor and follow-up on risk mitigation efforts, providing guidance and support to stakeholders.
  
• Prepare and deliver risk-related reports and updates.
  
• Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle.
  
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
  
• Stay updated with the latest cyber security trends, threats, and technologies.
  
• Manage stakeholder engagement and communication to improve OT Security.
  
• Conduct IT Security Assessments of new IT solutions and IT departments based on CIS 20.

Profil

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cyber security compliance, preferably in embedded software and OT environments.
  
• In-depth knowledge of risk management, compliance, and associated frameworks.
  
• Familiarity with information security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, 27032, NIST, IEC 62443). • Experience with security assessment tools and methodologies.
  
• Certification in equipment safety.
  
• Advanced skills in building detailed and actionable reports.
  
• Effective stakeholder management with strong communication and coordination skills.
  
• Broad knowledge of security architectures and systems in IT and OT environments.
  
• Fluent English skills.
  
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH).
  
• Knowledge of Consumer IoT (EN 303 645), Industrial Automation, and Cyber Security certifications.
  
• Experience with regulatory compliance analysis and control mapping.
  
• Familiarity with the EU Data Act and GDPR.
• Knowledge of embedded software, Edge A7, and radio technologies.
• Understanding of safety standards and processes.
  
• Experience with process consulting and Cyber Security Management Systems (CSMS).
  
• Curiosity and commitment to staying updated with new security trends in OT and IoT.
