What You’ll Do:

• Inspire and Lead: Guide and motivate a team of hardware engineers to achieve excellence.
• Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with Product Managers to bring new ideas to life, integrating innovative features into existing products and developing new ones.
• Drive Industrialization: Ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of healthcare technology by leading the industrialization process.
• Own the Product: Take charge of the nurse call hardware portfolio, overseeing both new developments and ongoing maintenance.
• Build Partnerships: Evaluate potential strategic development partners and foster collaborative relationships to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Technical Expertise: Strong background in electronics and mechanics.
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience managing R&D teams.
• Industry Experience: Work experience in medical device regulated environments.
• Project Management: Excellent project management abilities.
