The job
You will become a part of Global Market Development team and will work closely with our marketing and sales team as well as our partners in the field to keep expanding the use of TMS across many applications.

In cooperation with our clinical reference sites and research centers, you will be participating in the development of new applications and treatments to enhance the adoption of TMS.

You can expect a challenging job in an international and innovative work environment with stakeholders across all functions and cultures.

Tasks
You will be involved in the entire education process from internal to bed side – from technical product training to clinical application training as well in recommending configurations for sales. You will:

  • Be involved in educating internal colleagues and distribution partners in understanding our product portfolio and how to position it in the different market segments.
  • Be involved in educating and training of end-users in courses, workshops, and seminars. Ensure, our partners and users are operating highly effective and competitive (high treatment outcome results) in our markets.
  • Act in the field of Neurology, Psychiatry, Neurorehabilitation as well in Neuroscience.
  • Be involved in establishing reference sites and developing national and international networks.
  • Monitoring and analyzing competitor’s activities and product portfolios.
  • Participating in Exhibitions and Conferences.
  • Travel 100-150 days/year worldwide.

Qualifications
You have a PhD, master’s or bachelor’s degree in neuroscience, biomedical engineering or similar with interest and experience within training and education.

  • Experience with training and education of healthcare professionals – preferable in the domain of Neurology, Neurorehabilitation, Psychiatry and/or Neuroscience.
  • Experienced in interacting with patients in clinical environment (e.g. hospital, clinics, ICU, etc.)
  • You can interact and present within small (one-by-one) or large (up to +50 participants) groups.
  • You can work closely with the sales and marketing teams and have a good commercial intuition.
  • You can organize your travel schedule in alignment with partners and colleagues.
  • Experience with collecting customer feedback to improve products, applications, and customer satisfaction.
  • Good communication skills in both written and spoken English (second language is a plus but not a requirement).

The degree of experience will define the seniority of the position.

As the role is highly international, the base-location of the employment is flexible.
