Your role and responsibilities

ABB Marine & Ports Norway is expanding its team with a new position as Service Coordinator. Your main responsibilities and tasks will be: • Manage customer requirements and customer enquiries. • Close cooperation with Global Technical Support and Field Service Manager to keep service re-quests updated in ABB ticket management system. • Coordinates, plans, schedules and oversees all service jobs and requests with necessary re-sources, spare parts and logistics for site. • Ad hoc problem solving in cooperation with customers, service engineers and technical sup-port engineers. • Create Quotations. • Responsible for on-time invoicing. • Cooperates and coordinates activities with other ABB units and teams to harmonize the ser-vice activities. • Proactively seeking to find better ways of working.

Qualifications for the role

• College / University (Bachelor) / Technical College within Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Ad-ministration or other relevant education.
• Relevant operational experience can compensate for lack of education.
• Experience with resource planning and coordination of service jobs
• Knowledge of ERP system (e.g. SAP)
• Experience from an operational service organization
• Experience from and knowledge from the Marine Service Segment is an advantage
• Must be fluent in both written and verbal English
• Pro-active attitude
• The ability to understand and find practical solutions to problems
• Initiative and cooperative, ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to perform tasks under pressure
