As we embark on a transformative journey filled with challenges, we're looking to bolster our team with a Salesforce Administrator. Our growing team, currently consisting of Salesforce Experts and developers, plays a key role in managing all internal systems used for daily business. Here, you'll have the autonomy to influence our operational focus and become a cornerstone in our company!

The role as Salesforce Administrator
In this role, your day begins with a deep dive into our Salesforce platform, ensuring everything is running smoothly and checking who needs help. Collaboration is key, so you’ll spend a lot of time working with our marketing, sales, and IT teams, customising Salesforce to meet our business processes.

Throughout the day, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our CRM data, managing user access, refining system customizations, and automating workflows to boost efficiency. When team members encounter challenges or need guidance, you’ll be their go-to resource, providing training and support to help them fully leverage the CRM tools.

You’ll also conduct regular system audits to ensure data accuracy and optimise performance. Staying current with the latest Salesforce updates is crucial, and you’ll have the opportunity to implement new features and integrations that can significantly enhance our operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a CRM administrator, with at least 5 years of experience within the Salesforce environment
  • Minimum certification requirements: Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Additional requirements are beneficial such as Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Certification, etc
  • Proficient in Flow and automations
  • Excellent understanding of CRM principles, practices, strategies, and technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in generating CRM reports that influence strategic decisions.
  • Proficient in creating user-friendly CRM training materials and conducting training sessions.
  • Experience with SaaS, subscription products and CPQ is an advantage.
