As a Software Sales Specialist, you will be part of a team of seven specialists within infrastructure, takeback, workplace and collaboration in Large Corporate and Public (LCP). They work closely with the rest of LCP and are responsible for advising, handling tenders, making offers and, not least, being in close proactive dialogue with our enterprise customers.

Your role & influence as Software Sales Specialist
Responsibility:
You will be given responsibility for driving software sales by proactively engaging with both new and existing customers, ensuring their needs are met with optimal solutions.

Collaboration:
Together with your team, you take care of building and maintaining strong customer relationships. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with the Sales and IT departments to deliver tailored software solutions that meet client needs.

Core activities:

  • Identifying and nurturing new customer relationships: You will proactively reach out to potential customers, initiating dialogue and building strong, long-term relationships by understanding their unique software needs and aligning them with the right solutions.
  • Continuously analyzing customer needs to offer optimal software solutions: By staying in close communication with your existing clients, you'll regularly assess and monitor their evolving requirements, ensuring that you provide tailored software solutions that drive their success.
  • Maintaining a low churn rate by developing strategies to minimize customer loss: You'll implement effective retention strategies, focusing on customer satisfaction and long-term value, to ensure a stable and growing customer base with minimal turnover.

Additionally, it's important that:

  • Experience with outreach sales of software
  • Good negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Focus on the customer experience and the ability to identify, understand and adapt to customer needs
  • You have good knowledge of the Danish and English language in word and writing (contract level) due to our cooperation with local and central governments
