We are looking for
A CRM or Marketing Communications strategist with hands-on experience in orchestrating digital user journeys and crafting compelling content at a global level. Your background encompasses both communication and strategy, and you know how to leverage data and technology when creating the desired customer experience.

You will be the voice of the end customers, our global audience of sports fans, and as such you will have to be well versed in the world of sports and digital entertainment.

Your main responsibilities

  • Developing channel-specific and cross-channel strategies to attract, convert and retain sports fans while increasing brand loyalty
  • Developing engagement and content strategies to enable always-on delivery of relevant content
  • Establishing customer journeys
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to make the strategies come to life
  • Optimising continuously by leveraging data and consumer insights

Job requirements
Our expectations to you

  • A relevant Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience in CRM, Marketing or Communications within the digital media, technology, or sports industry with a global perspective
  • Deep understanding of user experience journeys, customer loyalty, and content planning and activation
  • An interest in sports and digital media is a big plus
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to convey complex solutions clearly and concisely in English
  • Great people skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders across all levels, and across different cultures and geographies
  • Knowledge of HubSpot, OneSignal and similar software solutions is a nice plus
