About the job
The Global Employer Branding Lead will be responsible for developing and executing a global employer branding strategy that effectively communicates our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to attract external talent and engage our employees globally. This role will work closely with the Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and Communications teams to ensure a consistent and compelling employer brand message across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a global employer branding strategy based on our EVP positioning Alfa Laval as an employer of choice.
  • Establish structure and governance for collaboration between Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and Communications teams to ensure clear roles and responsibilities and a consistent employer brand message across all touchpoints, including job postings, social media, and company career site.
  • Manage external employer branding agency in the development and distribution of employer branding content, including videos, blog posts, and social media posts, as well as internally building strong employee advocacy.
  • Monitor and analyze employer branding metrics to measure the effectiveness of initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
  • Work with regional teams to adapt the global employer branding strategy to local markets, taking into account cultural differences and local preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in employer branding and incorporate them into our strategy.

What you know
You are a seasoned professional with a solid foundation in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or a related field. You have a proven track record of developing and executing innovative and effective strategies that resonate both internally and externally. Your strong project management and organizational skills, coupled with your ability to effectively partner with external vendors, ensure seamless execution. You leverage your analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and drive results. Additionally, your excellent communication and collaboration abilities, combined with a creative mindset, allow you to think outside the box and develop pioneering and cutting-edge solutions.
