Logistics Coordinator

As our Logistics Coordinator, you are overall responsible for follow up of commission stock from many of our great customers. We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented colleague to join our team.

The team you will be part of
At our office, located in Oslo, Norway, you will join our Norwegian Sales function – an autonomous, collaborative and inclusive team - within the Northwest Europe & Nordics Sales organization for our hearing aid division, GN Hearing.

Our Norwegian Sales function is overall responsible for all sales disciplines, and you report to Espen Devig Andreassen, Sales Manager Norway.

You will work in an international and hybrid work environment with colleagues with multiple nationalities.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

• Track current and new stock of hearing aids and wireless accessories out in the clinics.
• Produce and maintain valid reports that make the day-to-day interactions between the customer and us as smooth as possible.
• Follow up with monthly and quarterly consignments stock lists to clinics and secure assignment forms are received and processed.
• Secure up to date data on everything customers have on stock.
• Register returns and secure invoicing.
• Establish and maintain close relationships with customers both physically and thru digital solutions.

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you have:

• An educational background within logistics, supply chain, operations or other relevant field of study.
• Proven experience from a similar position – or alternatively experience from an administrative position within a supply chain, operations, or logistics department focusing on data analysis, data insights and understanding from what is happening behind the numbers.
• Proficiency in logistics software – where it will be advantageous if you have experience with Citrix - and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Adept at investigating problems and devising solutions, ensuring precision and accuracy.
• Experience with MS office and Citrix.
• Ability to write and speak Norwegian and English fluently.

At a personal level, we imagine that you have a natural affinity for delivering great customer service, a positive attitude, in combination with great relationship building and communication skills. Furthermore, you are someone who enjoys being “hands on” and creating results.
