Join us as our new student worker
We are looking for a new student worker in our newly combined global Legal team in Novonesis to help support the integration and daily operations of a legal team.

Welcome to the Global Legal team in Novonesis consisting of colleagues in Denmark, USA, Brazil, France, Malaysia and China. In Denmark, we are based in Lyngby. We are currently working intensively on various integration projects following the merger between Novozymes and Chr. Hansen, including consolidating templates, guidelines, systems, etc. We are a high pace performing team that enjoys to have fun and where every colleague is invited to share their opinion.

In this role you’ll make an impact by: providing support to the global Legal team within various aspects of the everyday life in a legal function in a global company.

Your main tasks will be:

• being a key stakeholder in providing support to the business and our global legal team on our contract management systems;
• assisting with consolidation work in various integration projects;
• updating and maintaining our contract templates which will provide you a first-hand view of how multiple types of contracts are structured;
• supporting on information gathering in larger cross functional projects;
• assisting our compliance team with role-out of e-learning modules;
• assisting our Commercial team in reviewing non-disclosure and material transfer agreements; and
• assisting our Corporate Secretariat with various tasks related to corporate law.

Working hours is 15-20 hours per week.

Start date: as soon as possible.

To succeed you must be:
A Law / HA (jur.). student between your second and third year of studies based in Denmark.

We expect you to have good oral and written skills in English, as English is the corporate language in Novonesis and most contracts and communication are made in English. Furthermore, we expect you to be service minded, structured and independent with great attention to detail and high sense of responsibility as you will work under limited supervision.

In addition, we expect that you have excellent IT skills and are skilled in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
